Our prop-making team focused on delivering a high-fidelity cryo chamber capsule equipped with integrated interactive special effects to handle close-up camera scrutiny under intense studio lighting rigs. The embedded campaign commercial and behind-the-scenes engineering videos showcase the complex structural fabrication, plumbing paths, and electronic wiring required to execute this futuristic recovery asset seamlessly on set.

Fabricating a large-scale, interactive electronic enclosure that safely interfaces with professional athletes requires strict structural integrity, specialized pneumatic valving, and pristine surface finishes:

• Custom Cryo Chamber Fabrication: Structurally engineering a sleek, industrial-grade capsule shell from scratch using premium lightweight composites and internal framing.
• Integrated Practical Frost and Vapor FX: Deploying low-residue cryogenic simulators and cold-air plumbing channels to generate realistic freezing atmospheric plumes on command.
• Interactive LED Matrix Electronics: Wiring and programming custom internal indicator displays, status rings, and physical user controls to mimic advanced cooling technology under high-definition macro lenses.
