MACHINESHOP engineered and fabricated a highly specialized, custom experiential art installation for the world-famous Pacha nightclub in Ibiza. Working alongside a premium creative crew, our special projects team constructed a striking, infinite mirror icosahedron designed to act as a visually mesmerizing centrepiece inside the iconic nightlife venue.

The embedded project behind-the-scenes and demonstration videos showcase the intricate internal reflections, geometric precision, and complex structural rigging required to safely install this high-end optical illusion prop inside a high-traffic live event space.

Advanced Geometric Fabrication & Structural Lighting FX

Developing a complex, multi-sided infinite reflection prop for a world-class nightclub environment requires absolute structural precision, robust shatterproof glass or acrylic engineering, and seamlessly integrated internal lighting electronics:

• Precision Icosahedron Geometry: Fabricating a perfectly balanced, 20-sided geometric steel or aluminium framework to house the reflection panels with flawless seam alignment.
• Infinite Mirror Optical Engineering: Sourcing and installing premium one-way mirrors and internal LED lighting strips to generate a seamless, deep-tunnelling infinite reflection effect when illuminated.
• Seamless Electronic Control Integration: Wiring internal lighting arrays to tie directly into the club’s main lighting desk for synchronized DMX flash and colour shifts.
